I learned from a young age that cooking Mexican Food is a form of art. The smell of my mom’s kitchen in our small town of the State of Mexico was an invitation not only to taste her amazing food but also an obligation to learn how to cook it. Mexican cuisine is a lifestyle; we grew up learning how to carefully select all the fresh ingredients to create a delicious dish, and more importantly, how to make everyone who tastes our food feel at home.
